GUIDE HACHETTE DES VINS 2026
Cuvée Bonheur rouge 2024, Côtes du Rhône
“Always at the top of its game, this half-grenache, half-syrah cuvée never ceases to delight lovers of round, perfumed Côtes du Rhône, aged without the use of bis. Subtly fruity, with notes of juicy cherry and redcurrant jelly mingled with a touch of cocoa butter on aeration, it unfurls a lush, comfortable body, supported by perfectly blended tannins, carried to the finish by an irresistible freshness saturated with fruit (burlat). A voluptuous wine, with a body quite unique for the vintage”.
Cuvée Bonheur Blanc 2024, Côtes du Rhône
“Viognier, roussane and grenache blanc in equal measure make up this enthusiastic white from start to finish, seducing from the outset with its original, delicate bouquet of almond paste and wild herbs (fennel, savory), and finishing with a relaxed, very well-balanced palate, displaying guy, perfectly-adjusted vivacity and discreet notes of white peaches.”
Cuvée Elie 2023, Lirac red
“Elie: here’s a young boy who can be proud of his parents’ cuvée. A close-knit pairing of Grenache (60%) and Syrah, matured for 12 months in barrel, with a classic bouquet of crushed raspberry and candied Morello cherry, enhanced by a refined touch of flint. Ample and generous on the palate, with round tannins enveloped by spicy oak. A chiselled finish with a minty accent confirms the wine’s encouraging ageing potential, suggesting at the same time a tasty match with roast pork with sage”.
