Deep and successfully blending aromas of spices, wild berries (cranberry, elderberry, blackberry) and light smokiness/toastiness, this complex bouquet invites tasting. The tight structure and volume on the palate reveal an ambitious ageing process, respectful of the fruit, where the tannins, still firm but of great elegance, envelop expressive fruity flavours (blackcurrant) and spices on the finish. A pleasant touch of liquorice completes this perfectly vinified ensemble.. “
