The estate’s aim is not to offer this cuvée every year, but only in vintages that will ensure excellent ageing potential. This wine is made from low-yield, century-old Grenache vines.
COLOUR: Black desire
NOSE: A nose of chocolate and ripe black fruits
PALATE: The attack gives off chocolate notes with a hint of menthol that develops freshness and becomes more complex with cherry aromas. We sense a desire to seek expression rather than extraction. This is confirmed by a palate that retains all its freshness thanks to a structure that is present but not massive.
